Even though the R&B scene is constantly changing and evolving, SiR has always remained a mainstay. The Grammy-nominated R&B singer and songwriter burst onto the scene with his 2015 debut project Seven Sundays. He kept the triumph rolling with his HER EP series in 2016 and 2017, leading to his breakout sophomore release in 2018. One year later, the star-studded singer dropped Chasing Summer with critical acclaim. The record featured smash hits, such as the RIAA Gold single “Hair Down” starring Kendrick Lamar, “John Redcorn,” as well as “You Can’t Save Me.” Over the past decade or so, SiR has carved up a sound that rises from the timeless influences of Stevie Wonder and John Mayer’s sensitive edge. The Bad Karma Tour comes in celebration of SiR’s fourth impressive album, Heavy. Dropped March 22 via TDE, this 16-track mixtape is the star’s biggest record yet.
