Hollywood Palladium Rules

Hollywood Palladium would like to welcome everyone to their venue. They offer great fun, amazing music, and the thrills you can expect from a Live Nation operated venue. To keep everything safe and comfy they’ve created a set of rules that all guests must follow.

First come, first served is the main rule you need to know before buying tickets for a show at the Hollywood Palladium. Since the venue only holds about 4,000 guests, tickets tend to go quickly, so it’s best to purchase them in advance if you can. It’s also worth getting to a concert at the venue at least an hour or so before its scheduled start time so that you can find the perfect place to stand during the performance.The Palladium has some rules that you’ll need to follow when attending a show. You will not be permitted to bring any of the following items into the venue for a concert:

Bag Policy

The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Cashless Payments

Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended.

Child Policy

Unless otherwise stated the events at the Hollywood Palladium are ages 5 and up.

Exceptions made for family and children’s shows. All guests (regardless of age) must present a valid ticket. If your child is disruptive, you may be asked to leave.

Coat Check Policy

Don’t worry about leaving your coat in the car on a rainy day. Hollywood Palladium staff will be happy to take your coats and bags for you. Please note that available coat/bag checks are $2 an item.

Dress Code

Hollywood Palladium is all about comfort and that includes your style and fit. No need to dress up, you can bring in your favorite casual wear. The venue just asks that you avoid flip flops/sandals and similar footwear. Also, please avoid clothing with offensive imagery or text upon it.

Guest Code of Conduct

Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages, CamelBaks, alcohol, weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains, spiked jewelry, etc.), illegal substances, drug or drug paraphernalia, electronic cigarettes, open packs of cigarettes (sealed packs only), professional recording equipment –photo, video, or audio, lights of any kind (LED gloves or massagers), pacifiers, dust masks, eye drops, markers or spray paint, balloons or inflatable balls, umbrellas, chairs or blankets, stuffed animals or dolls, posters, stickers or any item or action that challenges public safety, inside the venue. Backpacks, large purses, and bags smaller than 10” x 10” are allowed but any larger items will have to be checked at Coat Check. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. There are no ‘in & outs’. The venue is standing room venue ONLY. All tickets are on a first come first serve basis.

Lost and Found

All lost & found items will be held at the Hollywood Palladium front desk for 2 weeks following the date of every event. Please be sure to check in with the venue to ask about any missing items. After 2 weeks, any item left behind may be discarded.

Smoking Policy

Guests may not bring in vapes, open packs of cigarettes or any similar smoking paraphernalia. Smoking is not allowed inside of the venue. Please smoke before you arrive or ask staff if there is a designated smoking area.

Smoking is not allowed in the venue outside of its designated smoking areas, and leaving the venue and returning later is also not permitted.

You will NOT be permitted to bring any of the following items into the venue for a concert:

» Bags larger than 12” x 12”
» Outside food and beverages
» Alcohol and illegal drugs
» Weapons (including spiked jewelry, large chains, pepper spray, etc.)
» Professional recording equipment
» Balloons or balls
» Chairs or blankets
» Computers, tablets, and other larger electronic
» Posters
